THE #BEST #HOMEMADE #SPAGHETTI #SAUCE
This hearty Homemade Spaghetti Sauce, made with sausage, flooring beef, and three types of tomatoes, is ideally suited over spaghetti or in lasagna!



Ingredients

  • 1 pound spicy Italian sausage
  • 1 pound lean flooring beef
  • 1 enormous candy onion, diced
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/3 cup contemporary chopped parsley
  • 12 ounces tomato paste
  • 15 ounce can diced fire roasted tomatoes
  • 28 ounce can overwhelmed tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup bird broth

Directions

Unintentionally, spaghetti has turn out to be our normal Christmas Eve dinner. Is there even a simple Christmas Eve meal? Turkey is synonymous with Thanksgiving and Prime Rib for Christmas, but everybody I realize really is going out to dinner, so I don’t even realize what most of us serve. Anyway, there aren't any rules, that's why I make a glazed ham for Thanksgiving. I’m such a rebel. HA.

IS THERE A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SPAGHETTI SAUCE AND BOLOGNESE SAUCE?
Yep! I realize they appear and odor the same, but marinara sauce is essentially tomato sauce with herbs and onion, while Bolognese sauce is meat primarily founded and usually made with carrots, celery, wine and/or milk. This specific recipe is variety of a go among the two!

WHY USE SUGAR IN SPAGHETTI SAUCE?
