1 tablespoon olive oil
4 hyperlinks breakfast sausage, casing removed
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 big eggs, evenly beaten
1/4 cup half and half
Kosher salt and freshly floor black pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
4 slices complete wheat bread
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS:
