BREAKFAST CASSEROLE WITH SAUSAGE AND HASH BROWNS

Nothing might be simpler than this Egg, Sausage and Hash Brown Casserole served alongside area a pretty Frozen Mimosa!  We used fowl sausage to lighten it up and frozen hashbrowns to make it simple at the cook!


We love this casserole!  Stuffed with cheese, sausage, peppers and frozen hash brown potatoes.  Say what?  You sold anything different than ice cream within the frozen meals aisle!  I know! We don’t do frozen a lot round here,  but those little potato nuggets are a gift!  Just  cubed potatoes that had been frozen.  Turns out they're nothing to be scared of.   mmmmm, what else is lurking in that frozen meals aisle that I’ve been missing….

We used a low fats chook sausage but you possibly can move complete hog (a little red meat humor there).   Mild or spicy, breakfast sausage or Italian sausage.  They will all work!  We don’t like lots of spice so a chook breakfast sausage did the activity for us.
